We process account and workspace information, security reports submitted to a workspace, report communication, investigation results, and service activity needed to provide the product.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, route and investigate reports, operate billing, maintain audit records, protect the service, and respond to support requests.
Customer-controlled analysis
The analysis Agent runs in customer-controlled infrastructure. Repository access is configured by the customer and is used to investigate authorized security reports.
Retention and requests
Workspace records are retained while needed to provide the service and meet contractual or legal obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email privacy@filtro.dev.
